About the role
We are seeking a talented Drafter to join our dynamic team at PT Utopia Kuliner Indonesia. As a Drafter, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our culinary projects, ensuring that plans and specifications are meticulously crafted to bring our clients' visions to life. This full-time position is based in Semarang, Central Java, offering the opportunity to work on exciting and diverse projects within the design and architecture industry.
What you'll be doing
- Producing detailed and accurate technical drawings, plans, and specifications for a variety of culinary-related projects
- Collaborating with architects, designers, and project managers to interpret design requirements and convert them into clear and concise drafting documents
- Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Providing support throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual design to construction documentation
- Maintaining detailed project records and documentation
- Participating in project meetings and effectively communicating with cross-functional teams
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural drafting or a related field
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
- Excellent technical drawing and sketching skills
- Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for the design and architecture industry, particularly in the culinary sector
