Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Application Support / Application Operation Engineer.
Experience in Banking or Financial Industry (MUST).
Strong proficiency in Operating Systems (Linux-based environments).
Hands-on experience with Java or C# for application monitoring and troubleshooting.
Willing to work in shift system (6:1) — 1 day off per week.
Available for 3 shifts rotation (Morning, Afternoon, Night).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain critical banking applications to ensure uptime and performance.
Perform incident handling, troubleshooting, and escalation following SLA procedures.
Execute routine system checks, log analysis, and service health validation.
Coordinate with development teams for issue investigation and root cause analysis.
Support application deployment and patch updates during scheduled maintenance.
Provide on-shift reporting and documentation for daily operations and incidents.
Ensure business continuity by managing failover and recovery activities.
