Job Description / Main Responsibilities
- Develop and design production process training materials based on FMCG workflow — from raw material handling, production process, and packaging to finished goods.
- Conduct training and coaching sessions for new and existing operators on SOP, GMP,5R, and safety procedures.
- Perform operator skill assessments to ensure competency levels meet job requirements on the production line.
- Collaborate with Production Leaders, QA, and HR Training to identify training needs and competency gaps.
- Prepare training plans and on-the-job training (OJT) schedules according to production needs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for operator performance improvement.
- Maintain training documentation, evaluation results, and internal certification records in the HR system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in production or production training within the FMCG industry.
- Good understanding of FMCG production flow process, including GMP, HACCP, and safety (HSE) principles.
- Ability to design and deliver practical, needs-based training materials.
- Strong communication, discipline, and coaching skills.
- Detail-oriented and passionate about developing workforce competency in production areas.
