Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position as an Information Technology Supervisor - Jakarta Placement. The role involves overseeing IT operations, providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues and ensuring effective implementation of technology solutions. The Supervisor will play an integral role in optimizing workflows and achieve departmental goals and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the overall IT function, including applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Design and implement AI and automation solutions to improve internal efficiency and decision‑making.
- Oversee and lead end‑to‑end implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and solutions.
- Manage the successful implementation and integration of ERP systems with key business processes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across departments (Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc.) to understand business workflows and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead and mentor IT programmers and infrastructure teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable systems.
- Ensure data and system security, including risk assessments, compliance, and preventive measures.
- Maintain uptime and reliability of IT infrastructure (network, servers, hardware/software, cloud).
- Handle vendor selection, contract negotiation, and IT asset management.
- Drive and manage IT projects using best practices.
- Strong expertise in Information Technology, including system management and infrastructure support
- Skilled in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address hardware, software, or network‑related issues
- Team Leadership and Team Management skills to supervise, mentor, and effectively coordinate team members

- Fluent in English is a must.
