steel industry
based in Cikarang—is currently seeking a
Technical Sales Manager
to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the annual Company Business Plan.
- Create and update the Sales Operational Plan on a monthly basis.
- Oversee and manage daily activities of the sales team (e.g., collecting P/O, receiving and distributing drawings, maintaining customer drawings).
- Validate pricing and prepare customer quotations.
- Coordinate with Purchasing to source special steel for projects.
- Work closely with PPIC to organize production schedules and achieve target output.
- Monitor and control customer orders together with PPIC.
- Serve as the main communication window for customers.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's steel products and solutions.
- Manage sales collection and accounts receivable.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing within the manufacturing or steel industry.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in a technical major.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Independent, innovative, communicative, and able to work under pressure.
