RESPONSIBILITES :

  • Organize meetings and appointments
  • Arrange travel booking, prepare itineraries, compiles travel records
  • Create meetings notes
  • Make necessary reports, correspondence and documentations for Director(s)
  • Prepare agenda and reminders for Director(s)
  • Handling personal tasks of Director(s)
  • Carry out others related task based on the instructions from Director(s)
  • Directly report to Director(s)
  • Arrive before CEO and leave after CEO (usually 12 hours)

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • At least 3 years working experience in Secretarial Work
  • Able to work until late
  • High confidentiality and integrity
  • Ability to make necessary reports, correspondence and documentations
  • Good communication skills
  • Hardworking, disciplined, honest
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Adaptable and fast-learner
