RESPONSIBILITES :
- Organize meetings and appointments
- Arrange travel booking, prepare itineraries, compiles travel records
- Create meetings notes
- Make necessary reports, correspondence and documentations for Director(s)
- Prepare agenda and reminders for Director(s)
- Handling personal tasks of Director(s)
- Carry out others related task based on the instructions from Director(s)
- Directly report to Director(s)
- Arrive before CEO and leave after CEO (usually 12 hours)
REQUIREMENTS :
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- At least 3 years working experience in Secretarial Work
- Able to work until late
- High confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to make necessary reports, correspondence and documentations
- Good communication skills
- Hardworking, disciplined, honest
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Adaptable and fast-learner
