Role Description
Program Officer – Assemblr Education
We're looking for a Program Officer to help us grow and manage our education initiatives at Assemblr EDU. If you're passionate about learning, building connections, and making an impact in the education space, this role might be for you.
What you'll do
- Support the planning, rollout, and evaluation of Assemblr EDU programs.
- Build and nurture relationships with schools, teachers, students, and partners to keep programs running smoothly and sustainably.
- Organize workshops, training sessions, events, and school/university activations.
- Track progress, gather feedback, and prepare reports on program performance.
- Keep an eye on education trends to spark ideas for new content, curriculum, or initiatives.
- Work closely with our content, marketing, and product teams to deliver impactful educational experiences.
- Represent Assemblr EDU at events, forums, and seminars to grow our presence in the education community.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in program management, education, partnerships, or community development (bonus points for edtech or non-profit experience).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa.
- Comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders — from schools and teachers to community partners.
- Organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple tasks without losing focus.
- Analytical mindset with an eye for program monitoring and evaluation.
- A team player who can also take initiative and work independently.
- Most importantly: creative, adaptive, and genuinely passionate about education.
