What you'll be doing
- Event planning & execution (internal & external)
- Brand activations, strategic collaborations, and community engagement events, etc
- Develop and execute innovative brand partnership strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Identify and secure high-profile partnership opportunities with relevant industry players, influencers, and media outlets
- Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from negotiation to implementation and evaluation
- Sponsorship negotiation & execution
- Budgeting & event reporting
- Customer experience & engagement during events
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing partnerships, or a related field
- Proven track record of securing and managing successful brand partnerships that drive tangible results
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Passion for the autocare industry and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape
- Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking to conceptualize and execute impactful marketing campaigns
