What you'll be doing

  • Event planning & execution (internal & external)
  • Brand activations, strategic collaborations, and community engagement events, etc
  • Develop and execute innovative brand partnership strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Identify and secure high-profile partnership opportunities with relevant industry players, influencers, and media outlets
  • Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from negotiation to implementation and evaluation
  • Sponsorship negotiation & execution
  • Budgeting & event reporting
  • Customer experience & engagement during events

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing partnerships, or a related field
  • Proven track record of securing and managing successful brand partnerships that drive tangible results
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
  • Passion for the autocare industry and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking to conceptualize and execute impactful marketing campaigns
