Requirements:
• Candidate at least have a Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management / Business Administration / Public Relations or Information Technology or any relevant major
• At least 2 years of working experience in Purchasing/Procurement
• Proficiency in Ms. Office, especially Excel, and experience with purchasing software or ERP systems is advantageous.
• Ability to negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable deals.
• Having good communication and negotiation skill, good ability to identify market trends and decision making
• Fluent English, both oral and written
• Would be place in PT Hon Chuan Indonesia, Karawang (KIIC Plant)
Job Descriptions:
• Responsible for sourcing and procuring raw material company's operations
• Audit for Supplier Assessment process
• Analyze industry and demand trends with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
• Research, select, and evaluate vendors to source and procure materials, supplies, and equipment required for daily business operations.
• Handling Purchase Orders
• Negotiate costs, payment terms, and delivery schedules to secure the best value while meeting project timelines
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders
