What You Will Do:

  • Serve as an internal HR business partner focusing on performance management, including performance review cycles, 9-box talent assessments, promotions, and PIP/IP processes.
  • Advise management on strategic and operational HR initiatives to optimize team performance and retention of key talent.
  • Conduct benchmarking, HR data analysis, and reporting to support talent decisions.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, legal compliance, and risk mitigation in collaboration with the legal department as needed.
  • Drive initiatives to improve hiring, internal movement, and talent retention strategies.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in fintech, digital, or banking industries.
  • Strong focus on performance management, talent development, and compensation practices.
  • Familiarity with HR data/reporting, audits, and benchmarking.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies in Indonesia.
