Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chemical Engineer, preferably in the footwear or sporting goods industry. In-depth knowledge of the chemical aspects of manufacturing processes like injection molding, EVA foam, PU and rubber bounding. Create, implement, and improve competitive production systems.
Fluent in English is often a mandatory requirement.
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Oversee and develop the chemical team, providing coaching on both technical and soft skills.
