Role Summary

As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will spearhead the growth of PT Cybermax's cloud and other business lines. You'll play a pivotal role in driving sales strategy, building strategic partnerships, and developing new enterprise accounts. This position requires both high-level technical understanding and commercial acumen to deliver high-value solutions that meet client needs and strengthen our market position.

You will also lead cross-functional collaboration with technical, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market initiatives and client engagements. A key part of your role will be shaping and communicating PT Cybermax's unique value proposition highlighting our integrated approach to AI, cloud, and cybersecurity to differentiate our offerings in a competitive landscape and unlock new growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business opportunities for all product line that carried by PT Cybermax
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients across various industries.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with PT Cybermax technology partners & Distributors.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting, solution presentation, to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Identify and qualify business leads through networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to develop proposals, client-focused solution strategies, and go to market plans that drive successful product or service launches.
  • Provide market insights, forecasts, and competitor analysis to support management's strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development, solution sales, or account management within IT or cloud services.
  • Proven track record in selling cloud solutions, software services, or cybersecurity products.
  • Experience leading or managing small sales or account management team.
  • Familiarity with cloud product & cybersecurity such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Sangfor or Odoo ERP is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and IT procurement practices.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in IT, computer science, or engineering.
  • Experience in SaaS or managed service sales.
  • Established network within enterprise IT or procurement circles in Indonesia.

Location & Work Arrangement

  • Jakarta-based, with hybrid work flexibility (office and remote).
  • Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and partner events.
