Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Manage administrative workflows, including contracts, permits, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Conduct risk analysis and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays/cost overruns.
- Oversee resource allocation, procurement, and financial tracking.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and performance dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
- Experience: 12+ years in construction project control and administration.
- Certification: Ahli Madya Manajemen Proyek (Intermediate-Level Project Management Certification).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, Excel, and ERP systems.
- Advanced knowledge of construction documentation and reporting.
Soft Skills:
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
