Job Summary

We seek a seasoned Project Control & Administration Coordinator to oversee planning, budgeting, and documentation for large-scale construction projects. With 12+ years of experience, you'll ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and seamless coordination between teams. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Manage administrative workflows, including contracts, permits, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align project objectives.
  • Conduct risk analysis and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays/cost overruns.
  • Oversee resource allocation, procurement, and financial tracking.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and performance dashboards.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
  • Experience: 12+ years in construction project control and administration.
  • Certification: Ahli Madya Manajemen Proyek (Intermediate-Level Project Management Certification).
  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, Excel, and ERP systems.

  • Advanced knowledge of construction documentation and reporting.
  • Soft Skills:

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
