Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented
HR & GA Manager
to oversee all aspects of human resources and general affairs within the company. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing day-to-day operations related to people and office management, and ensuring a supportive, compliant, and productive work environment across all teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
- Manage general affairs functions such as office administration, asset management, facility maintenance, and company licenses.
- Foster a positive company culture and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Advise management on organizational development, workforce planning, and HR best practices.
- Prepare HR and GA reports, budgets, and improvement plans.
- Coordinate with external partners (vendors, government offices, service providers) when required.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding
- Knowledge of HR strategies, performance management, and employee relations
- Proficiency in legal compliance, HR policies, and procedures
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the audio-visual-lighting industry is a plus
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
