Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented
HR & GA Manager
to oversee all aspects of human resources and general affairs within the company. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing day-to-day operations related to people and office management, and ensuring a supportive, compliant, and productive work environment across all teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
  • Manage general affairs functions such as office administration, asset management, facility maintenance, and company licenses.
  • Foster a positive company culture and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Advise management on organizational development, workforce planning, and HR best practices.
  • Prepare HR and GA reports, budgets, and improvement plans.
  • Coordinate with external partners (vendors, government offices, service providers) when required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding
  • Knowledge of HR strategies, performance management, and employee relations
  • Proficiency in legal compliance, HR policies, and procedures
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the audio-visual-lighting industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
