Tax Analyst

Your Day to Day

• Support the Tax Manager in preparing, monitoring, and ensuring the readiness of documentation during tax audit and litigation processes. This includes drafting response letters, conducting exposure analysis, coordinating with external consultants, and presenting defenses to tax authorities.
• Collaborate with the tax operations team to ensure a smooth and efficient audit and litigation process.
• Maintain and organize the tax audit and litigation database for easy access and reference.
• Work closely with the financial accounting and legal teams to ensure accurate recording of audit and litigation results.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements based on lessons learned from previous audits.

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Master’s degree in Tax (preferred).
• 2‑4 years of relevant experience in taxation, preferably with multinational companies or Big 4 tax consulting firms.
• Brevet certification (minimum Brevet B) is a plus.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Good communication skills, a fast learner, highly motivated, and strong analytical thinking.
• Proactive in researching and developing a deep understanding of tax regulations.
• Willing to be based in Jakarta or Surabaya.
