About the Role
We are looking for a System Analyst & Code Reviewer
to join our team. This hybrid role bridges business needs and technical execution, ensuring that solutions are both
functionally accurate
and
technically robust
. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into solutions, while also reviewing code to maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and system workflows.
- Review code for alignment with business logic, requirements, and coding standards.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA to ensure smooth delivery.
- Support testing and validate solutions meet business and functional needs.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and provide improvement suggestions.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or related role.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in coding or code review.
- Proficiency in documenting workflows (UML, BPMN, use cases).
- Understanding of databases, APIs, and system integration.
- Familiarity with coding standards, security, and performance best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
