Position Overview:
ICT Security Supervisor position is responsible to safeguard the company's information systems by ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data while maintaining compliance with cybersecurity regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- System & Network Protection
– Design, implement, and maintain security infrastructure (Firewall, IDS/IPS, VPN, ZTNA, endpoint protection). - Threat Monitoring & Incident Response
– Monitor systems using SIEM tools, analyze logs, manage incident responses, and conduct digital forensics when required. - Policy & Compliance
– Develop and enforce information security policies aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, and applicable laws (UU ITE, UU PDP). - Access Management
– Administer IAM/RBAC, conduct periodic access reviews, and enforce MFA. - Risk & Security Assessment
– Perform risk analysis, VAPT, and manage Risk Treatment Plans (RTP). - Audit Support
– Prepare documentation for internal and external audits. - Awareness & Training
– Lead cybersecurity awareness programs and phishing simulations. - Collaboration
– Partner with ICT, Risk, and external partners to ensure security in ICT projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering or Information Systems.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in network and system security.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO, NIST, OWASP).
- Proficient with Firewall, IDS/IPS, Endpoint Protection, SIEM, and Cloud Security (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Preferred certifications: CEH, CISSP, or CompTIA Security+.
