Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 3-4 years experienced in related field.
  • Hands-on experience using Linux commands for server and application management.
  • Good understanding of application architecture and database structures.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Shell, Python) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in Swift Payment Project is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support for application-related issues and incidents.
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve system errors efficiently.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure application uptime.
  • Write and optimize SQL and MySQL scripts for data extraction and reporting.
  • Use Linux commands to manage application servers and perform routine maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, and DBA) to implement fixes and enhancements.
  • Document solutions, create user guides, and provide training for end-users.
  • Participate in application testing during upgrades or new deployments.

Skill Sets:

  • Good Technical Knowledge of SQL, MySQL
