Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- 3-4 years experienced in related field.
- Hands-on experience using Linux commands for server and application management.
- Good understanding of application architecture and database structures.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) is a plus.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Shell, Python) is a plus.
- Previous experience in Swift Payment Project is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support for application-related issues and incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve system errors efficiently.
- Monitor system performance and ensure application uptime.
- Write and optimize SQL and MySQL scripts for data extraction and reporting.
- Use Linux commands to manage application servers and perform routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, and DBA) to implement fixes and enhancements.
- Document solutions, create user guides, and provide training for end-users.
- Participate in application testing during upgrades or new deployments.
