As a Business Intelligence -People Analytics at Blibli, you will play a key role in transforming HR data into strategic insights that drive workforce effectiveness and organizational performance. You will be responsible for developing interactive dashboards, conducting predictive modeling, and building automated data pipelines to support data-driven decision-making across HR and business units. Collaborating closely with HRBPs and senior leaders, you will translate complex analytics into actionable strategies that enhance employee engagement, optimize HR processes, and enable proactive talent management. This role combines technical expertise in data analysis and visualization with strong business acumen and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Dashboardin
- Design and maintain interactive HR dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to HRBPs and leadership for informed decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy through validation and quality checks.
Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling
- Build predictive models to forecast HR trends (e.g., attrition, absenteeism).
- Develop prescriptive analytics to guide strategic HR actions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and apply statistical/machine learning techniques.
Data Management & Automation
- Create automated data pipelines from HRIS and other sources for efficient data processing.
- Document workflows to support scalability, knowledge transfer, and team continuity.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with HR and business teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Communicate complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Quantitative Psychology, or a related field is required.
- 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science, with a preference for experience in HR analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with one or more business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is essential.
- Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis and machine learning will be considered a major asset.
- A solid understanding of predictive algorithms, including logistic regression, decision trees, and random forests, is necessary for success in this role.
- Strong skills in data visualization, insight generation, and data storytelling are critical, helping to bridge the gap between data analysis and business strategy.
Familiarity with HR data structures and key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, absenteeism, engagement) will significantly enhance your effectiveness.
