Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Training Manager located in Sleman. The Regional Training Manager will be responsible for assessing training needs, planning and implementing training programs, conducting workshops and seminars, and evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions. They will also oversee the development of training materials and provide coaching and support to trainee employees. Additionally, the Regional Training Manager will collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and alignment of training objectives with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in training and development, including needs assessment and program implementation
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in using training software and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian languages
