Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia for a Sr HR Operation and Total Rewards position. The role involves overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, developing HR policies, and ensuring effective HR management. The Sr HR Operation and Total Rewards specialist will be instrumental in implementing best practices in the human resources domain and coordinating with various teams to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- HR Operations and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Experience in Employee Relations and HR Management
- Ability to develop and implement HR Policies
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
