Adecco Indonesia is currently supporting the leading local manufacturing company for FnB Manufacturing industry to find an Food Head of Manufacturing to be placed in Central Cikarang.
Qualifications
- Lead and manage overall food manufacturing operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Develop and execute strategic and operational plans to achieve business targets and continuous improvement.
- Oversee production, PPIC, warehouse, engineering, and quality (LQA) functions to optimize performance and cost.
- Implement and monitor Kaizen, QMS, and safety programs across all sites.
- Manage budgets, resources, and risk mitigation to support sustainable operations.
- Collaborate with R&D, HR, Finance, and IT to drive innovation, efficiency, and team capability.
- Lead strategic projects including expansion, process improvement, and product line development.
Responsibilities
- Education: Bachelor's in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering; Master's preferred.
- Experience: 15–20 years in manufacturing, with 5+ years in senior management.
- Strong experience in food production, QMS, Kaizen, and safety (K3) implementation.
- Proven leadership in managing multi-functional teams and improving operational efficiency.
- Skilled in project management, budget control, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to adopt new technologies and automation to enhance productivity.
