Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

You will be involved in the mechanical design and development of complex systems and components in the fields of special-purpose machinery, steel structures, and vehicle engineering. Working closely with our German headquarters, you will transform ideas into detailed 3D models and technical drawings, analyze production requirements, perform simulations, and ensure that our solutions comply with industry standards and safety regulations. You will act as a key user for office and CAD software, maintaining regular communication with our colleagues in Germany.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the mechanical design and development of complex systems and components in coordination with our German office
  • Create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD software
  • Analyze production requirements to determine optimal working methods
  • Ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns
  • Maintain regular communication with the German headquarters
  • Act as a key user for office and CAD software
  • Support international collaboration with our German office
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor's degree (D4) in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in mechanical design and development
  • Strong knowledge of ISO, EN, and DIN standards for drawings and dimensioning
  • Proficiency in CAD software (2D and 3D design), including Siemens NX, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, and Teamcenter
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience in special-purpose machinery design
  • Experience in creating technical drawings
  • Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience with Creo Parametric, SAP, Windchill
Civil Engineer

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with creating an engineering plan for land development based on their calculations and any research conducted. They should have experience with AutoCAD and be able to utilize strong design skills in order to create visual aids. By utilizing strong organizational and communication skills, this candidate will also have the ability to execute a project based on the criteria outlined.

Civil Structural Engineer

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) Engineer to support multidisciplinary projects within the MEP and Data Center industry. The CSA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that civil, structural, and architectural elements are coordinated and integrated seamlessly with MEP systems in building and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with project managers to establish project timelines and designs
  • Develop diagrams and visual aids and prepare design specifications
  • Execute project based on outlined criteria
  • Coordinate CSA designs with MEP systems to avoid clashes
  • Prepare and review structural calculations, architectural drawings, and civil site plans
  • Collaborate with MEP and CSA teams for seamless integration
  • Support construction through site inspections and technical resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and international standards
  • Review and approve CSA‑related shop drawings and material submittals
  • Provide input for project planning and documentation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Experienced in CSA design and coordination, ideally within MEP‑heavy projects
  • Understanding of MEP systems and their structural/architectural interface requirements
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design, analyze, and review structural components of construction projects, ensuring they meet load and safety requirements.
  • Utilize BIM tools such as Navisworks and Revit to create detailed structural models and coordinate with other building systems.
  • Lead the structural design team in BIM implementation, managing workflows and coordinating with other project teams.
  • Develop and enforce BIM best practices and standards in structural design phases.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior structural engineers and BIM technicians.
  • Conduct structural inspections and audits during and post‑construction phases to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects and MEP engineers, to resolve design challenges and optimize project outcomes.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and structural analysis findings to stakeholders and project management teams.
Job Requirements
  • Proven proficiency in BIM modeling with extensive experience using Navisworks and Revit.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in structural engineering, with a significant focus on BIM in large‑scale projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead structural design teams and manage complex BIM projects.
  • Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, construction methods, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and client interactions.
  • Knowledge of current industry standards and regulations related to structural engineering and BIM, such as ISO 19650.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or similar professional accreditation is highly desirable.
