Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with all imports and exports activities under the Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat/KB).
Job Description:
- Manage and process all customs documents related to the Bonded Zone, including the PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang) for raw materials and the PEB (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang) for finished garments.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and updates into the Bonded Zone IT Inventory System (e.g., CEISA 4.0) to record material entry, usage, and exit.
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual Laporan Pertanggungjawaban (LPP) for Bonded Zone activities to the DJBC on schedule.
- Handle the permits and administration for sub-contracting or transferring raw materials between Bonded Zones, ensuring all documentation is legitimate and compliant.
- Prepare for and accompany customs officials during any audit or inspection related to the Bonded Zone operations.
- Support the team's export/import activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3/S1 in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an Export-Import role. Mandatory experience working specifically within a Bonded Zone company (garment/textile industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of Bonded Zone Customs Regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficient in operating the customs systems, including CEISA 4.0 and e-SKA.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) for communication with international buyers and forwarders.
