PT Panca Mitra Prima Sejahtera (Watch Club) is looking for a Brand Manager to strengthening brand positioning, growing brand equity, and driving sales performance through effective marketing campaigns, product planning, and collaboration with internal and external partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to drive awareness, desirability, and sales growth for assigned watch brands in the market.
- Plan and manage 360° brand campaigns (digital, retail, PR, events) to support product launches, seasonal collections, and key sales periods.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, consumer insights, and strategic opportunities.
- Work closely with principal brands (international watch manufacturers) to align local marketing plans with global brand guidelines.
- Oversee product assortment, pricing strategy, and lifecycle planning in collaboration with sales and merchandising teams.
- Coordinate visual merchandising, point-of-sale materials, and in-store executions across retail and distributor partners.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum return on investment for each campaign.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, PR agencies, and digital partners to amplify brand visibility.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand campaigns and promotions, providing recommendations for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or product management—preferably in fashion, lifestyle, luxury goods, or consumer electronics.
- Proven experience managing premium or luxury brands is highly preferred.
- Experience in distributing or marketing international brands (especially under licensing or agency models).
- Strong understanding of omnichannel brand building (retail, e-commerce, digital, and B2B/wholesale environments).
- Experience working with international brand principals is a strong plus.
