PT Nipsea Paint and Chemicals (Nippon Paint) is looking for suitable candidates for Assistant Plant Manager.

Job Requirement:

Minimum bachelor's in Engineering from a reputable university
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Assistant Plant Manager at a paint manufacturing company
Have knowledge about paint manufacturing systems, analytical thinking, management, and reporting
Have a good understanding and be able to implement the Kaizen Concept
Computer literacy; Data processing application, SAP, and Microsoft Office
Have outstanding communication skills in English (must be fluent both in oral and written communication)
Have a good understanding about ISO 45001 and ISO 14001

Job Responsibilities:

Lead, monitor, analyze, and ensure that the process, operation, maintenance, and project of paint production well executed more efficiently through effective planning and resource utilization
Ensure and monitor implementation of HSE policy and safety performance to create a safe work environment so it can sustain zero LTI (Lost Time Injury); collaborate with HSE manager or cross-functionally to plan training if needed
Analyze and monitor workforce and performance of employees on a daily basis and do cross-comparison to performance evaluation to achieve production target efficiently; give corrective action if needed
Contributing to cost saving through ensuring utilization of resource allocation while maintaining and improving productivity
