PT Nipsea Paint and Chemicals (Nippon Paint) is looking for suitable candidates for Assistant Plant Manager.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum bachelor's in Engineering from a reputable university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Assistant Plant Manager at a paint manufacturing company
- Have knowledge about paint manufacturing systems, analytical thinking, management, and reporting
- Have a good understanding and be able to implement the Kaizen Concept
- Computer literacy; Data processing application, SAP, and Microsoft Office
- Have outstanding communication skills in English (must be fluent both in oral and written communication)
- Have a good understanding about ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, monitor, analyze, and ensure that the process, operation, maintenance, and project of paint production well executed more efficiently through effective planning and resource utilization
- Ensure and monitor implementation of HSE policy and safety performance to create a safe work environment so it can sustain zero LTI (Lost Time Injury); collaborate with HSE manager or cross-functionally to plan training if needed
- Analyze and monitor workforce and performance of employees on a daily basis and do cross-comparison to performance evaluation to achieve production target efficiently; give corrective action if needed
- Contributing to cost saving through ensuring utilization of resource allocation while maintaining and improving productivity
