We're looking for a highly creative and execution-driven offline event manager to lead our offline brand activation and engagement initiatives. This role will be responsible for planning, managing, executing offline marketing events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute offline event strategies that align with marketing objectives (user growth, merchant activation, and brand exposures).
- Plan and manage end-to-end event execution, including concept development, budgeting, timeline, and on-site management.
- Lead coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
- Identify and manage opportunities for merchant partnership events, such as product launches, collaborations, and cashback activations.
- Supervise event crew during roadshows, exhibitions, or pop-up activations.
- Ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all offline initiatives.
- Analyze event outcomes, prepare post-event reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to amplify offline campaigns through social media and influencer engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, communication, or related field.
- Min. 3 years of experience in event management, brand activation, or offline marketing, preferably from startup, or fintech background.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Mandarin language ability will be a strong advantage.
- Strong project management, negotiation, and budgeting skills.
- Creative thinker with hands-on execution capability.
- Able to handle multiple projects and work under tight timelines.
- Willing to work on-site and travel for event coordination when needed.
