What You'll Do
  • Handle daily financial accounting and tax activities for film distribution operations, ensuring all records, invoices, and reports are accurate and on time.
  • Record and reconcile revenues from box office reports, licensing fees, and distribution deals with cinema partners.
  • Review and prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning and monitor film performance.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations related to film distribution, royalties, and licensing agreements.
  • Work closely with the distribution and marketing teams to provide financial insights that support release strategies and negotiations with partners.
  • Maintain and improve financial processes and controls to manage risks and ensure transparency.
  • Stay alert to opportunities for process efficiency and system improvements in financial tracking and reporting.
What We're Looking For
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial accounting and tax, ideally within media, entertainment, or distribution industries.
  • Strong technical accounting skills and good knowledge of Indonesian financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
  • Ability to analyze revenue flows from film distribution and box office reporting.
  • Proven experience in setting up and improving financial processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments (distribution, marketing, operations).
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced film business environment.
