Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement livestreaming strategies to increase sales, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the livestream operations team (hosts, operators, CS, logistics coordination).
  • Oversee end-to-end livestream preparation: product selection, stock readiness, campaign planning, and promotions.
  • Ensure smooth execution of livestream sessions, resolving any technical or operational issues.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and business development teams to maximize livestream impact.
  • Monitor KPIs including conversion rates, sales performance, viewer engagement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data and market trends to optimize content, promotions, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage partnerships with platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc.) and ensure compliance with their policies.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce livestreaming operations.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and livestream commerce ecosystem (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, etc.).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
