About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Operation professional to join our team at PT SCG Barito Logistics in Cilegon, Banten. This is a full-time position and will play a crucial role in the overall operations and success of our logistics and distribution business.

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a warehouse to ensure efficiency, safety, and accuracy in the storage and distribution of finish good products
  • Overseeing the efficient and effective management of our warehouse facility, ensuring all operations run smoothly and meet performance targets
  • Lead and manage warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and shifts
  • Coordinating the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, optimising inventory and space utilisation
  • Oversee the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods
  • Supervising and training warehouse staff, ensuring high standards of safety, productivity, and customer service
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
  • Implementing and maintaining robust inventory control systems and processes
  • Analysing data and generating reports to drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Enforce health and safety regulations
  • Reporting to superior if have any discrepancies/uncomformity
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain management
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Education : Min Diploma 2 in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Accounting with min GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse or logistics operations role, but fresh graduates are welcome
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics best practices
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and report generation
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the logistics industry
  • Passion for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Have knowledge of ISO
  • Able to speak in English is an advantage
