Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in all major
- Experienced in defining and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
- Experienced in supporting business or service process mapping / improvement projects
- Exposure to customer experience or service excellence topics is a plus
- Comfortable working with data - able to process, clean, and visualize information
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel (pivot, formulas), and familiar with data
- Placement: Jakarta and Hybrid working
