Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience in merchandising, buying, or retail planning (preferably in beauty industry)
Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets; familiar with merchandising tools or dashboards.
Excellent stakeholder coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.
Able to work independently and proactively manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail space planning is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product assortment planning and SKU rationalization by channel/store.
- Manage end-to-end stock allocation and replenishment across all points of sale.
- Analyze sales, stock, and sell-through data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Coordinate product launches with marketing, suppliers, and logistics teams.
- Review and act on slow-moving SKUs and initiate markdown or exit strategies.
- Own the preparation of weekly/monthly merchandising performance reports.
- Ensure flawless execution of visual merchandising (VM) standards and store layouts.
- Collaborate closely with e-commerce and retail teams to align assortment and promotional calendars.
