Responsibilities

  • 2. Support and ensure teaching learning operations (class distributions, student-teacher attendances, etc.).
  • 3. Provide assistance and information on product features.
  • 4. Support and ensure information of learning process services.
  • 5. Ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
  • 6. Creative and pro-actively come with improvement ideas.
  • 7. Collaborate with all stakeholder (school partner, business, commercial, regional, etc.) to achieve better results.
Qualifications
  • 1. Relevant bachelor's degree
  • 2. Former business / operations / sales experience preferred
  • 3. Good understanding of business metrics and KPIs
  • 4. Good time-management skills, Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 5. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
