We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will take full ownership of client acquisition and business growth initiatives. Your mission is to identify, engage, and secure new clients, then seamlessly hand them over to the support team for execution and account management.

This position suits someone who is energetic, outgoing, and passionate about networking while building strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new clients in digital marketing, including local Indonesian brands, e-commerce businesses, agencies, and Chinese outbound enterprises — with opportunities to explore other international markets.
  • Proactively engage in networking events, industry gatherings, and business meetings to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.
  • Present and pitch customized digital marketing solutions based on client objectives.
  • Negotiate and close deals across multiple business levels.
  • Collaborate closely with the account and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and campaign delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales reports and pipeline data, providing actionable market insights to management.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in Digital Sales, Media Agency, or E-commerce Platforms.
  • Self-driven, outgoing, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Solid understanding of major digital advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Bing).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; confident in client-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Existing network within the advertising, digital, or cross-border business ecosystem is a strong advantage.
