Responsibilities

  • Willing to relocate to project location (on-site)

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day MEP construction activities on site.

  • Ensure MEP works are carried out in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and standards.

  • Monitor progress and report on daily/weekly activities to the Project Manager.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other disciplines to resolve technical and site issues.

  • Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.

  • Ensure that safety, health, and environmental regulations are strictly followed.

  • Review and verify shop drawings, method statements, and work procedures.

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for MEP works.

  • Prepare and maintain site records including progress reports, inspections, and testing logs.

  • Attend coordination meetings and provide technical input as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent

  • English skills (advanced level) and good communication skills;

  • Minimum 3 years' experience at the same position

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment

  • Hard working, a team player with good interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising with people across all levels
