Responsibilities
Willing to relocate to project location (on-site)
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day MEP construction activities on site.
Ensure MEP works are carried out in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and standards.
Monitor progress and report on daily/weekly activities to the Project Manager.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other disciplines to resolve technical and site issues.
Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
Ensure that safety, health, and environmental regulations are strictly followed.
Review and verify shop drawings, method statements, and work procedures.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for MEP works.
Prepare and maintain site records including progress reports, inspections, and testing logs.
Attend coordination meetings and provide technical input as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
English skills (advanced level) and good communication skills;
Minimum 3 years' experience at the same position
Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment
Hard working, a team player with good interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising with people across all levels
