What you'll do:

  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Billing Process in Xero
  • Preparing and checking bank payment
  • Creating Sales Invoice and Debit Note (and send it to user)
  • Manage General Ledger Accounts
  • Supporting Audit
  • Preparing data for company performance analysis
  • Supporting and maintain Internal Control (SOP's) : Finance Team and Other Departments
  • Other reports request by management

What we seek:

  • Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
  • Deadline-oriented and an ability to stick to time constraints
  • Willing to work in shifting (for Weekend or Public Holiday)

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as Finance Accounting or similar role (experienced from the same industry or from Public Accounting Firm is preferred)
  • Familiar with accounting software and systems (e.g Xero/Netsuite)
  • Good understanding of MS Office
