Job Focus:
The QC Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the consistent quality and compliance of small household appliances sourced from suppliers. This position is focused on driving supplier quality performance, supplier development, reducing market complaints, and strengthening internal quality systems. The role demands a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across departments and regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily QC report check and review process.
• Analyze the problem found in QC inspection and follow up the improvement and verification.
• The QC issue problem summary table follow up and handle, monitor and improve supplier quality level.
• Developing the suppliers to build related quality process and system.
• Reduce product returns and complaints from market.
• Join the supplier monthly and annually quality meeting, follow up and handle.
• Join the first inspection for new product, follow up the problem improvement,
• Follow up and improve the problems reflected from overseas colleagues.
• QC document collection, distribution, and training.
• Support QC inspection at assigned condition
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical, electrical or electronic integration or related majors.
• At least 10 years of experience in production quality management and supplier quality management.
• Fluent at Chinese & English language and documental communication.
• Understand the structure and manufacturing process of small household appliances, as well as their related structures and performance.
• Familiar with quality tools and methodology (e.g. 6 sigma methodologies) to work in project approach.
• Understand supplier quality performance criteria matrix, measures and control.
• Understand UL, IEC, CE and other safety certifications.
• Familiar with the inspection standards for small household appliances.
• Familiar with quality system and familiar with ISO9001 quality management system;
• Familiar with product structure and basic knowledge of electronics, able to independently analyze fundamental problems.
