Job Description:
- Develop and implement annual brand plans, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead new product launches and manage the full lifecycle of existing products.
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns (digital, retail, influencer, PR) to build brand equity and sales performance.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functional with Research Development, Sales, and Digital teams to align business goals.
- Manage brand budget, forecast performance, and ensure ROI optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or relevant fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management and marketing. preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry.
- Having experience of handling brand/product with campaign/marketing execution
- Excellent in communication, analytical strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership skills
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour, and market dynamics
- Familiar with market research and data analysis tools
