YOUR MISSION:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
IT Intern
to join our Information Technology team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT operations, technical support, and systems administration. You'll work alongside experienced professionals to support daily IT functions, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with ongoing IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support IT Team in providing technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Support IT Team on system upgrades, updates, and data backup operations.
- Help maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
YOUR TALENT:
Education:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Language:
- English
Skills & Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networking fundamentals.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
