Adecco is currently supporting our Garment Manufacturing client in their search for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to lead their sales operations in the garment manufacturing (footwear) sector. This role requires strong leadership in managing sales operations, customer engagement, delivery planning, and pricing strategy to ensure business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise daily sales operations and order management
- Plan and review delivery schedules to customers in a timely manner
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Manage order delivery processes, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
- Conduct regular price checks and negotiations with customers
- Create and update new product/color information in internal systems (Winline/CoC)
- Review and negotiate SCP (performance assessment reports)
- Evaluate and consolidate monthly Buy Plans, and communicate internally and externally
- Organize and maintain updated seasonal pricing data in Winline system
- Train team members on new season items, systems, and pricing updates
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Garment/Textile/Footwear Manufacturing that related to export product
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within garment or footwear manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of order management, sales operations, and customer coordination
- Proficiency in systems such as Winline/CoC is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
- Fluent in English
