Job Description:
- Provide consultative business services to help clients implement Weaver's digital solutions.
- Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions, providing consultation on the customer digital journey.
- Configure/Customise Weaver solution (a low-code workflow digitalisation platform) based on the business/functional requirements of clients
- Drive discussions and provide consultation around digital transformation, the customer digital journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements
- Confer with customer to capture user requirements, conduct requirement study, solution preview and other stakeholders' meetings
- Perform project & stakeholder management to ensure projects are delivered successfully within the pre-defined timeline
- Support the delivery of quality functional/application digital designs
- Support development and implementation of quality business digital solutions for the client
- Provide Weaver Product power/end-users training and support
- Document business requirements, functional design, test plan and prepare project reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related fields (e.g., technology service delivery, enterprise software development and implementation) is preferred
- Java, SQL and JavaScript knowledge & hands-on experience preferred (Not mandatory)
- Desire to work in an information systems environment · Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Languages: Proficient in English and Mandarin
