We're looking for an Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment, someone who can connect with clients, manage projects seamlessly, and actively seek new business opportunities that bring value to the team.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients.
- Understand client needs and translate them into clear briefs for the internal team.
- Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company's portfolio and business growth.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches for clients.
- Manage project timelines to ensure deliverables meet agreed deadlines.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables aligns with client expectations.
- Conduct follow-ups, regular reporting, and project performance evaluations.
- Contribute to business development strategies and client satisfaction improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Communication, Marketing, or Management.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Client Service (fresh graduates with relevant internship/organization experience are welcome).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable in dealing directly with clients and building long-term relationships.
- Able to manage multiple client accounts with good time management.
- Familiar with end-to-end project workflow: from brief, pitching, execution, to evaluation.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a target-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; basic design or visual presentation skills are a plus.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is highly preferred.
