We're looking for an Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment, someone who can connect with clients, manage projects seamlessly, and actively seek new business opportunities that bring value to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into clear briefs for the internal team.
  • Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company's portfolio and business growth.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches for clients.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure deliverables meet agreed deadlines.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables aligns with client expectations.
  • Conduct follow-ups, regular reporting, and project performance evaluations.
  • Contribute to business development strategies and client satisfaction improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Communication, Marketing, or Management.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Client Service (fresh graduates with relevant internship/organization experience are welcome).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable in dealing directly with clients and building long-term relationships.
  • Able to manage multiple client accounts with good time management.
  • Familiar with end-to-end project workflow: from brief, pitching, execution, to evaluation.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a target-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; basic design or visual presentation skills are a plus.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is highly preferred.
