Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow company's export sales in your designated region
- Manage a team of sales representatives and support staff to achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and distribution partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and adapt sales plans accordingly
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless customer service
- Provide regular performance reports and sales forecasts to senior leadership
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively pitch company's products and services
Job Requirements:
- Substantial experience (10+ years) in an export sales leadership role, preferably within the paper/pulp industry
- Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets and growing market share in international markets
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities to identify new opportunities and adapt to market changes
- Fluency in English is a must
- Willingness to travel regularly to key markets within your region
- Willing to work in Mojokerto, East Java.
