About the Role
We're hiring
detail-obsessed Bookkeeper
to help us maintain financial integrity across multiple internal brands.
This isn't your typical small-office accounting job, You'll be working across SaaS and eCommerce entities with
U.S. Based Reporting Standards.
You'll help bridge our internal operational systems with
QuickBooks
and accounting best practices, ensuring every transaction is accurately recorded, reconciled, and compliant.
What You'll Do
- Record & Reconcile:
Daily transactions (invoices, payouts, chargebacks, journals) across platforms. - Prepare Reports:
Monthly Balance Sheets, P&L, Cash Flow, and AR/AP Overviews. - Ensure Sync Accuracy:
Match internal logs with QuickBooks entries (GL Codes, Categories, Taxes) - Reconcile Statements:
Banks, credit cards, processors (e.g. Stripe), and system exports. - Multi-Entity Support:
Manage sub-merchants, stores, and brand-specific records. - Month-End Close:
Support financial reviews, audit preparation, and compliance reviews. - Cross-Team Work:
Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Ops to align reporting logic and system mappings. - Process Optimization:
Help document and improve financial workflows using tools like Sheets, Clickup, and AI.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and accrual-based accouting.
- Fluent in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) and confident using Google Sheets.
- Strong eye for reconciliation accuracy and financial reporting.
- Familiar with accounting software integrations and sync troubleshooting.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), all communication is in English.
- Naturally organized, detail-oriented, and good at spotting inconsistencies.
- Bonus: Familiarity with SaaS or multi-entity accounting environments, payment platforms like Stripe or Adyen.
