Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative concepts and content strategies aligned with corporate and brand objectives.
  • Produce and manage content for various digital and offline channels, including social media, websites, campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.
  • Lead the creative execution of marketing, branding, and employer branding materials.
  • Monitor content performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a
    creative agency
    or
    hospital/healthcare industry
    .
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative strategy, content development, and design execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in creative and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
