Job Descriptions:
- Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Support other HR-related administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (Psychology or Human Resources are preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experienced in mass hiring will be a strong plus
- Good understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing techniques
- Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday (half day) at Fatmawati, South Jakarta
- Have a personal laptop
- Able to join immediately
