Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experienced in Electrical Testing & Commissioning Minimum 1 Year, Preferably Within Data Center or Large-Scale Industrial Projects.
- Fluent in English (Oral and Written) for Effective Interaction With All Project Stakeholders.
- Has a Deep knowledge of Medium/Low Voltage Systems, Switchgears, Transformers, Generators, and LV cable testing procedures.
- Proven Leadership Skills With The Ability to Manage a Team of Specialist Testing Leads/Engineers.
- Good planning, Scheduling, and Organizational Skills for High-Volume Testing Environments.
- Superior Problem-Solving, Analytical Skills, and Strong Initiative to Drive Results Autonomously.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management
Lead and manage the on-site testing team, which includes four leads focused on electrical equipment testing and one lead dedicated to LV cable testing. - Planning & Scheduling
Develop comprehensive testing and commissioning schedules, daily plans, manpower allocation, and task assignments to optimize workflow and meet critical project milestones. - Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the primary technical point of contact for the Consultant, Owner, and other Contractors, chairing meetings and ensuring alignment on testing protocols and status. - Execution Oversight & Control
Maintain full control over all testing arrangements, ensuring proper procedure adherence and resource deployment across the site. - Full Accountability
Take complete ownership and accountability for the successful and safe completion of all planned testing activities under your supervision. - Issue Management & Problem Solving
Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical and logistical testing issues; drive immediate corrective actions and show strong initiative to prevent delays. - Reporting
Ensure all test documentation (FAT/SAT reports) are accurately compiled, reviewed, and submitted promptly.
