Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or related fields;
- Proficient in Indonesian tax laws and familiar with local tax filing processes and regulatory requirements;
- Skilled in operating the Coretax system, with the ability to independently handle invoicing, filing, and payment;
- Experience in annual corporate income tax reconciliation and tax audits;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and proficiency in Mandarin is a plus;
- Possess relevant professional certificates, such as Brevet Pajak (A, B) is a must.
Job Description:
- Supervise daily finance transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation and tax;
- Prepare budgeting reports and income estimates;
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing and financial reporting based on PSAK;
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring;
- Oversee tax compliance (PPN, PPh 21/23/25/4(2), and annual corporate tax reports);
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for financial and tax matters;
- Prepare and review tax-related vouchers and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency between accounts and actual figures;
- Keep up-to-date with changes in Indonesian tax policies, interpret updates, and report to management in a timely manner;
- Coordinate communication and documentation submission with the tax authorities.
