We are looking for a 
highly motivated Account Manager
 to manage and grow our B2B customer portfolio, build long-term client relationships, and ensure smooth coordination between our commercial and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop B2B accounts (OEMs, distributors, and brand owners).
  • Act as the main contact for clients — from quotation, contract negotiation, to order follow-up.
  • Coordinate with production, QC, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales proposals, pricing calculations, and customer reports.
  • Monitor account performance, volume forecast, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Create regular sales reports and dashboards using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.).
  • Support new business development initiatives and project rollouts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management preferred).
  • Minimum 
    3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Account Management
    , preferably in 
    industrial manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong Excel skills
     – proficient with Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, and data analysis dashboards.
  • English proficiency (spoken and written) for email correspondence, meetings, and presentations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel regularly between 
    Jakarta and Cilegon.
