We are looking for a
highly motivated Account Manager
to manage and grow our B2B customer portfolio, build long-term client relationships, and ensure smooth coordination between our commercial and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop B2B accounts (OEMs, distributors, and brand owners).
- Act as the main contact for clients — from quotation, contract negotiation, to order follow-up.
- Coordinate with production, QC, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales proposals, pricing calculations, and customer reports.
- Monitor account performance, volume forecast, and identify growth opportunities.
- Create regular sales reports and dashboards using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.).
- Support new business development initiatives and project rollouts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management preferred).
- Minimum
3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Account Management
, preferably in
industrial manufacturing sectors. - Strong Excel skills
– proficient with Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, and data analysis dashboards. - English proficiency (spoken and written) for email correspondence, meetings, and presentations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, analytical, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel regularly between
Jakarta and Cilegon.
