Job Responsibilities:
- Sales & Market Development: Manage and grow customer accounts in the Aquaculture, Poultry, and Livestock sectors.
- Customer Engagement: Provide technical support and product recommendations to farmers, feed mills, and distributors.
- Clientele-Needs Analysis: Assess customer requirements, farm conditions, and challenges to offer effective solutions.
- Account Expansion: Identify potential market opportunities, broaden market presence, and engage new customer segments.
- Marketing & Promotion: Utilize digital marketing (social media, online campaigns, webinars) and traditional marketing (seminars, farm visits, workshops, exhibitions) to promote products.
- Sales Planning & Execution: Strategically plan and execute sales activities, customer visits, and promotions to meet sales targets.
- Product Education: Conduct workshops, product presentations, and participate in industry exhibitions and seminars.
- Sales Negotiation & Contracting: Prepare sales contracts, develop effective selling strategies, and close deals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Logistics, Finance, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, or related fields.
Experience: 2-4 years in related field working experience; Sales, Product Marketing, or Product Development in Animal Feed/Supplements (Poultry, Aqua, Ruminant, or Swine). Fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
Proven track record of solid sales performance and achieving targets.
Language: Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written). Mandarin proficiency is desirable but not required.
Independence & Initiative: Able to evaluate customer needs, plan, execute, and manage sales activities independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient with the Microsoft Program (MS Word, Excel, PPT etc).
Communication & Negotiation: Strong skills in customer engagement, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
Must have full working rights in Indonesia and be willing to be based there.
Must possess a valid car driving license and be willing to travel extensively across Indonesia.
Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
